It isn't currently possible to add or remove Admin users through the Admin portal.
Viewing Admins
You can view existing admins by selecting Admins on the left-hand menu.
Adding an Admin
To add an admin, please contact the Customer Success Team. You'll need to let us know their:
First Name
Last Name
Work Email
We’ll add them to your portal within 48 hours, and they'll get an email invitation to claim their account.
Removing an Admin
To remove an admin, please contact the Customer Success Team.
You'll need to let us know the name of the admin to remove, and the date from which to make the change.
